The Wailing Wall is anything but your average band. The creation of musician and songwriter Jesse Rifkin, the project is basically a culmination of his own work and the work of the various artists he has both toured and recorded with. His sophomore LP, The Low Hanging Fruit, is due for release June 8 on JDub Records. Anticipate an album containing an unusual combination of sounds ranging from Hindu Kirtan chanting to classic Baroque church music, while still holding on to indie vocals and poetic lyrics.
