I am so so so excited to see the line up for the Sasquatch Music Festival (May 29th-31st) is finally out! I have seriously been searching various websites, blogs anything to get any kind of hint for the line up! And now since it has officially been released I am overjoyed!

The acts I am most excited about are: Massive Attack (new CD coming out!), LCD Soundsystem, Dirty Projectors, Tallest Man on Earth, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Why?…. the list goes on and on! Since I am a native Washingtonian, I have made the adventure to the Gorge many of times. The amphitheater is situated on the Colombia River Gorge (not far downstream from my farm house!) and is the most breathtaking at sunset.

I don’t think I will ever forget seeing Death Cab for Cutie playing Tiny Vessels at sunset two years ago, or seeing The Cure perform live. If you are anywhere near Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Canada or you feel like driving cross country, it is worth the trip (camping is available)! I’ve met people who have driven from Texas, Colorado, and even as far as Montreal. And there is no better way to start off the summer than with a road trip to a music festival.
