LADY LAMB THE BEEKEEPER

Just one day before our blog birthday, I headed up to Westchester with Aly Spaltro aka Lady Lamb The Beekeeper for a Buzzsession.  My stomach was in knots as I anticipated the events of the coming day, yet the moment Aly hopped in my Zipcar, I realized that the month of planning was going to pay off.  She’s the sort of person that you can be around for ten minutes, yet feel as if you’ve been friends for years.

After a quick stop at my grandfather’s pimp mansion and an interesting conversation about his old friend Coco Chanel, we drove to our final destination in northern Westchester.  Standing on the dock at my parent’s house, the calming energy of the lake as the sun receded over the trees made for the perfect setting for a session.
