Aussie rock band Gypsy & the Cat are set to meow their way into your ears with the release of their debut single, Time to Wander on June 21st.  No, they don’t make cat noises or anything, but if you enjoy yourself some good electro folk-pop, this is the band for you.  They’ve listed Daft Punk, Justice, and even Fleetwood Mac as influences for their music. Their upcoming debut album was recorded in London with David Fridmann (MGMT, Flaming Lips, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah) and Rich Costey (Muse, Mew, Franz Ferdinand, Glasvegas).  Check out the track below or their MySpace page.
