Sparrow – Savoir Adore (Free Download)
Released shortly after their Bodies EP, Savoir Adore’s (@savoiradore) new single, “Sparrow”, has been wiggling, beating, and pushing its way to the top of my music library. Opening with atmospheric guitar, gentle percussion, and the familiar crooning of Deidre Muro and Paul Hammer, the song is an expansive blend of synth and organic instrumentation. Aside from being insanely catchy overall, the small embellishments are what grab my attention most. The light, ethereal synth and short riffs in the verses and are perfectly placed and compliment the burst of energy present in each chorus. The band is currently in the studio, so keep your eyes peeled for details about the release of their second full-length!
