Greetings from jolly ole’ England!  While Lauren’s holding down the fort in the States, I’m in the UK seeing some old friends and checking out some really great bands.  Just the other night, I was treated to a great show at King’s College right in the heart of the city.  Los Angeles band Foster The People (@fosterthepeople), with the release of their debut LP Torches just a few days away, played to an incredibly excited crowd.  Seriously, by London music-goers standards, this audience was bonkers.

As usual, Mark Foster and company were wildly energetic and exceedingly gracious.  Their humble mannerisms, veteran dance moves, and pitch perfect vocal combinations made for a great night of music in London.

Yea they make me feel like I’m there, such good resolution! I can’t wait for their new album coming out this Monday, I’ve heard it’s awesome!!! Also, since I bought their EP on iTunes, it makes the price of their new album cheaper for me :) How awesome is that?
