If you didn’t already know, I’m as big of a Foursquare fan as they come. I started using the upstart location-based service last January and have since accumulated over 50 badges, 10 mayorships, and a very cool Foursquare t-shirt. Yes, I even became mayor of the coveted Northern Spy Food Company.

Platformer — “Check in on three services that use foursquare API. OAuth FTW!”
foursquare with foursquare — “Yo Dawg, I heard you liked to play foursquare.” If you do, you can play it at the foursquare court in the Pepsi MAX lot. You’ll be able to score some foursquare swag in the process.
Disco Nap — “Sometimes you need to recharge more than just your phone back at the hotel. No shame in announcing an afternoon Disco Nap.”
SXSW Bender — “Four nights out past Cinderella’s bedtime.”
10 Gallon Swarm — “Lasso up 2,499 of your closest friends and check in around Austin!” Everything really is bigger in Texas, I guess!
SXSW Hangover — “Out past 3am? Woah. What time is that first panel tomorrow… or is that today?”
Name Dropper — “Who do you know? Shout it out!”
SXSW Bar Crawl — “5 bars + 3 hours = harder than it looks.”
SXSW Far Far Away — “There’s more to Austin than SXSW. Explore!”
Golden Ticket — “Follow Big Boi on foursquare, check in at SXSW and hope Grandpa Joe is on your side.” This badge will be awarded randomly for checkins around Austin; unlocking it earns you a ticket to foursquare’s Monday night concert with Big Boi.
4sq Early Adopter — As in past years, this badge is expected to be for those 5,000 or so users who joined foursquare at SXSW 2009.
4sq Sophomore — For those making their second visit to SXSW with foursquare.
4sq SXSW Virgin — Folks making their first checkins at SXSW.
Blackberry SXSW 2011 — Follow @BlackberryScene on Twitter and foursquare to get hints on where they’ll be to unlock your Blackberry SXSW 2011 badge. They’ll be offering some Blackberry schwag to users who say hello to their staff.
SPINsider — SPIN Magazine is offering a really cool promotion for foursquare users. They’re featuring 35 must-hear acts in a feature on their website. You can add each act directly to your foursquare to-do list using the “Add to Foursquare” button. Follow SPIN and check in at one of those acts and you’ll unlock the SPINsider badge. They’re offering passes to their SPIN@Stubb’s Showcase to the first five users who show their badges at the SPIN Oxygen lounge on 3/17 and 3/18.
The most interesting, in my opinion, is the ‘Golden Ticket’ badge, which will be randomly awarded to people checking in at SXSW, gaining them entry to an exclusive Big Boi concert on Monday, March 14.
