Nic Offer is a mad man with a sparkly jacket whose insane energy and absurd sense of humor make every concert a spectacle (of FUNNESS!!). This is the man who gave unto the world songs like “Take Ecstasy with Me” and a songs about how Giuliani and Bloomberg probably need to dance more.  He is all about the funness.
