Yes! My favorite Oxford Brits from the band Jonquil are making the trip across the pond and gracing the most amazing city in the world.  Yes, New York City.  Jonquil is set to open up for Bombay Bicycle Club at Knitting Factory in Brooklyn (3/13) and an already sold out Mercury Lounge in Manhattan (3/14).  The gang will also be down in Austin for SXSW, playing six times in a four day span.  Not to mention, they’ll be playing the party we’ve curated for Eventbrite on March 16 at Empire Auto.

I know for a fact that I’ll be at their Brooklyn show, so join me and prepare to be blown away by their afropop grooves.  Still not convinced?  Check out the live rendition of their track “Compound”.
